Caffeine Cartel - Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the mobile game Caffeine Cartel ("the game") uses, published on Google Play by xyztech.sim ("we", "us"). If you have any question, email us at xyztech.sim@gmail.com.

1. Information the game keeps on your phone

Your progress (levels, beans, sugar, boosters, settings and the name you type for your café) is saved only on your phone. We do not run any servers and we do not receive this information. If Android backup is turned on for your Google account, Android may copy the game's save file to your Google account so it can come back on a new phone; Google handles that backup under its own privacy policy.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game shows ads through Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK in the game automatically collects and sends to Google:

• your device's IP address (which can show your approximate location),
• interactions with the game and its ads (for example app launches, taps and video views),
• diagnostic information (app and SDK performance),
• device identifiers such as the Android advertising ID and app set ID.

This information is sent encrypted. You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in your phone's Settings (Google > Ads). Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and Google's Privacy Policy.

Players in the UK, the European Economic Area and Switzerland are asked for consent through Google's consent form the first time they open the game, before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time from Settings > Privacy options in the game.

3. In-app purchases (Google Play)

Purchases are made through Google Play's billing system. Google processes your payment; we never see or store your card or payment details. The game receives a purchase confirmation from Google so it can give you what you bought, and keeps a record of it on your phone only.

4. What we do not do

• We do not ask for your real name, email, contacts, photos or precise location.
• We do not sell your information.
• We do not use any analytics service of our own.

5. Children

The game is made for players aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has used the game and want information removed, contact us.

6. Your choices and deleting data

Uninstalling the game deletes everything it saved on your phone. Information that Google collected for ads is handled by Google; you can manage it at myadcenter.google.com and reset your advertising ID in your phone's settings. For any request about your information, email xyztech.sim@gmail.com.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top.
